Dear guest, Funny how often you passed our reception – and yet didn’t say a word. We’re friendly, we don’t bite, and we’re happy to help – but unfortunately, psychic powers aren’t included in our training (yet). 😉 About cleaning: Our housekeeping team checks rooms every morning. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is up before 12 noon, we do not clean that day – that’s the rule, and it’s clearly communicated. We respect your privacy, but we don’t guess what you might want. Bed linen is changed automatically from the fourth night onwards – or earlier if requested. Since you didn’t let us know, we assumed everything was fine. Noise from above? Both rooms directly above yours were unoccupied during your stay. So, if you heard something at midnight, it might’ve been a sound illusion, a vivid dream – or maybe the pilot for “Paranormal Hotel Activities.” 👻 SKY TV? Yep, we used to have it. Hardly anyone used it, so now we offer stable Wi-Fi and a good range of TV channels instead – no magic remote required. As for the price: You stayed in a room with AC, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, desk, and soundproof windows – right by the main train station and 10 minutes from the city center. Not a luxury resort, but definitely not a tent either. And breakfast? €13.90, all-you-can-eat – no scrambled eggs, olives, or caviar, but plenty of good stuff to start your day. 😄 Our advice next time: Just talk to us. Liebe Frau Sch., danke für’s ausführliche Feedback – da steckt ja einiges drin. Erstmal das Positive: Sauberkeit top, unser Abendteam sowieso. Das freut uns wirklich! 😄 Was die „Hakenfrage“ betrifft – ja, das ist bei B&B Hotels leider ein Klassiker. Die Architekten mögen’s offenbar minimalistisch… aber wir geben den Wunsch nach mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten gerne weiter (mal wieder). Zum Teppich: Geschmäcker sind verschieden – manche mögen’s kuschelig, andere lieber kühler. Wenn er muffig war, ist das natürlich nicht okay – hätten wir gern vor Ort gewusst, dann wäre jemand direkt mit Frischeduft angerückt. Und jetzt zum Frühstücksfinale um 10:30 Uhr: Sie haben absolut recht – wer bis 10:30 frühstücken darf, sollte auch in Ruhe zu Ende kauen dürfen, ohne verbales Rausschubsen. Der Ton macht die Musik – und wenn der schief war, tut’s uns leid. Wir sprechen das nochmal mit dem Team durch – auch die nettesten Kolleginnen haben mal einen schlechten Tag, aber das soll natürlich nicht bei den Gästen ankommen.
