B&B HOTEL St. Gallen
Der Empfang durch die Empfangsdame (Martina) und Kollegin (Name weiß ich jetzt leider nicht) war von außerordentlicher Höflichkeit, Freundlichkeit, Exzellenz, Serviceorientierung und Professionalität geprägt, 11 von 10 Sternen würde ich geben, würden wir geben, wenn dies möglich wäre :-) Wir haben uns am Snackautomat bedient, der gut funktioniert hat, Martina hat uns ein Bier verkauft, das super geschmeckt hat, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren ursprünglichen Plan, mittags in die Stadt zu geben verworfen haben und in der Lobby geblieben sind, einfach weil wir uns wohl gefühlt haben, ein fettes Dankeschön an Martina und Kollegin, bzw... Kolleginnen. Über den Herrn, der die Schicht dann von Martina übernahm können wir kein Urteil fällen, weil wir zu dieser Zeit (so um die 23 Uhr) ins Bett gegangen sind. Die Kollegin von Martina (ein blonde Dame, wie gesagt, den Namen weiß ich grad nicht) war aber da zum Frühstücksbuffet, das war wieder Service und Freundlichkeit par excellence :-) Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt B&B St. Gallen, wir kommen wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat zwar nur etwas wenig Auswahl aber bestimmt für diese Kategorie so gewollt. Dafür punktet die das Buffet mit der Übersicht und Ordnung. Wünsche die ich im Vorfeld geäußert habe wurden im vollen Umfang umgesetzt.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat zwar nur etwas wenig Auswahl aber bestimmt für diese Kategorie so gewollt. Dafür punktet die das Buffet mit der Übersicht und Ordnung. Wünsche die ich im Vorfeld geäußert habe wurden im vollen Umfang umgesetzt.
