Wir werben nicht mit einem Fahrradraum, können jedoch nach Möglichkeit bis zu sechs Fahrräder im Hotel unterbringen. Da wir im Voraus keine Information über Ihre Anreise mit Fahrrädern hatten, konnten wir keinen Platz garantieren. Um dennoch eine sichere Unterbringung zu gewährleisten, haben wir Ihnen einen Abstellplatz in unserem Partnerhotel B&B Hotel Orel, nur drei Gehminuten entfernt, organisiert. Damit waren Ihre Fahrräder geschützt, und wir sind Ihrem Wunsch entgegengekommen – anstatt, wie in vielen anderen Hotels üblich, die Fahrräder einfach draußen zu belassen. In diesem Zusammenhang empfinden wir Ihre Bewertung als etwas unfair. Für zukünftige Aufenthalte empfehlen wir, vorab abzuklären, ob das gewünschte Hotel die benötigten Einrichtungen anbietet. Bezüglich des Frühstücks möchten wir anmerken, dass Sie am selben Morgen mit einer größeren Gruppe im Frühstücksraum waren. In solchen Situationen geben unsere Mitarbeiter ihr Bestes, dennoch ist manchmal auch ein wenig Geduld vonseiten der Gäste erforderlich.
