Please note that our reception operates 24 hours a day and is always available to assist with any issues during your stay. Unfortunately, once you’ve checked out, our ability to address concerns is limited. Regarding the air-conditioning, it can indeed be turned off. Had you experienced difficulties, our reception team would have been happy to assist at any time. As you booked an economy room, which features fixed windows and a lower price point, these conditions were clearly stated during the booking process. Based on your feedback, it seems your expectations might be better aligned with a higher-category (4*) hotel. We understand it can be frustrating to make a reservation with incorrect dates. However, please note that when a booking is made through a third-party agency such as Booking.com, the hotel is bound by the contractual terms between the guest and the agency. As our front office staff explained, we are not authorized to modify such reservations directly. We hope your negative review is not solely a reflection of dissatisfaction with an error made during your own booking process.
