Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Kein guter Aufenthalt

Ich habe mich mit meiner Kollegin online eingecheckt aber nie unseren Code erhalten ( meine Kollegin auch nicht). Am Automaten war es auch nicht möglich. Erst als wir den 24 Stunden Notknopf betätigt haben hat sich ein Mitarbeiter ( der das Alles rauchend 25 Minuten angeschaut hat) erbarmt uns nachdem der Terminal auch nicht funktioniert hat uns zu helfen in dem er im System nachgeschaut hat und uns dann unseren Code und Zimmernummer genannt hat. Das komplette Hotel hatte leider auf den Fluren und dann auch im Zimmer einen enormen Fäkalgeruch. Alles in Allem wirklich kein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auf meine Rechnungsanforderung die ich zum Abrechnen benötige warte ich auch immer noch! Ich bin einen anderen Standart von B&B gewohnt!

Es könnte so einfach sein…wars aber nicht.

In Verdun war nichts mehr frei also haben wir metz gebucht…Fehler. Erstens kommt man nicht auf den Parkplatz ohne den Zimmer Code was für die Sicherheit spricht aber ist halt schwierig wenn man den nicht vorab bekommt. Dann war eine unangenehme bikergang vor der Tür stationiert die mir und meiner Kollegin mehrmals hinterher gepfiffen hat. Gekonnt ignoriert bist der Check in Automat nicht funktioniert hat und ein Mitarbeiter der Gottseidank noch nach Feierabend geblieben war uns und 5 andere Gäste über sein Portal einchecken konnte. Sonst hätten wir wahrscheinlich im LKW übernachtet. Einmal im Hotel drinnen kam uns der Geruch von Kloake (scheisse) entgegen der sich bis in die Zimmer durch gearbeitet hat. Unangenehm. Das Zimmer schien aber ok bis ich in der Dusche Haare entdeckte die nicht von mir waren und Schimmel Ablagerungen. Sagen wir mal so schön muss es nicht sein aber sauber. Ich habe mich geekelt aber war zu müde nach 13 Stunden Fahrt um was anderes zu tun als aufs Bett zu plumpsen.
