Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé, le personnel d'accueil était très sympathique et ma chambre était bien propre. Le point négatif est l'état du parking qui était déplorable. Il avait neigé 3 jours avant et la neige n'avait pas du tout été déblayée, ça n'avait pas été salé, c'était une vraie patinoire vraiment dangereuse. Il n'y avait même pas un passage propre pour aller jusqu' à la réception. C'est vraiment dommage de ne pas prendre plus en compte la sécurité de vos clients.
