Excellent location
Loved the coffee, tea and juice area for clients. Would have loved some ice. Way too many stairs to get to the coffee though. Front desk staff was very helpful - Stephan, when ordering a taxi/uber.

Hotel in zona centrale,quindi molto comoda come posizione.Personale gentile,spazi per gli ospiti ben gestiti. Coffee corner a disposizione H 24. Lo consiglio.

Hotel poco seguro.
No incluye desayuno. En el 2do subsuelo hay un área de cafetería en donde dejan entrar a cualquiera de la calle. Así ME ROBARON TODAS MIS PERTENENCIAS el domingo 25 por la mañana mientras tomaba un café. La chica de la recepción, que obviamente no estaba en su puesto, me dijo que no sabía quienes son huéspedes y quienes no. Así, aún teniendo cámara, dejó que este hombre de muy mal aspecto se llevara mi bolso sin intervenir. NO PUEDO RECOMENDAR ESTE HOTEL. NO se hicieron responsables por nada ni tampoco RECIBÍ NINGUNA AYUDA. Solo me dejaron estar unas horas más el día del check out.

VOLVERE A REPETIR EN ESTE HOTEL
EL HOTEL ESTÁ MUY BIEN SITUADO, PEGADO A LA PLAZA MAYOR Y CERQUISIMA DE LA PUERTA DEL SOL PARA PODER ACCEDER AL METRO Y DESDE ALLÍ DESPLAZARTE POR TODO MADRID. TODO ESTA MUY LIMPIO, LAS CAMAS SON MUY COMODAS Y EL PERESONAL ES MUY AMABLE Y SERVICIAL. EL DETALLE DE LAS MAÑANA EN LA PUERTA DE LA HANITACION NOS ENCANTÓ. SIN DUDA CUANDO VUELVA A MADRID VOLVERÉ A ESTE HOTEL.
