Comodidad en el centro de Madrid
Ya me he alojado en este hotel y en otros de la cadena. El personal es muy amable y atento a cualquier gestión que se necesite. La habitación es cómoda y luminosa al contar con un balcón hacia el exterior. Se puede acceder a la azotea para tomar zumos, café, infusiones y galletas a cualquier hora lo que es un descanso para el ajetreo de Madrid. La relación calidad precio ubicación es ajustada. Sin duda, es recomendable.

Great stay
What a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, great facilities and it was spotlessly clean. Some constructive criticism: the bed could have been comfier and the lights were rather dim and gave off a weird hue.

September Visit
As always, our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It is a great location with a great price and the staff is always wonderful. This last time, we had a person in our group who can be very difficult dealing with. We truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff when interacting with this person. In particular, I must especially give a special appreciation to Victoria who was amazing in each situation. Her assistance and personality was exceptional and helped to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We look forward to our next stay at your hotel.

CLOSE TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS BUT OK STAY
Stayed for one night, just an average hotel. it was clean, close to everything. Would not stay here more than one night.
