Poco preparado para el invierno y olor químico fuerte constante
La atención que recibimos en el lobby fue estupenda, el problema está en la estructura deñ hotel en sí. Baños demasiado fríos y húmedos, sin ningún tipo de calefacción y con pérdida de agua hacían que ir al baño fuera una pesadilla. Los dispensadores de perfume situados por todos lados en el hotel y esparcidos en la habitación tanto en sábanas como en cortinas hacían muy difícil respirar, teniendo en cuenta que era invierno lluvioso por lo que abrir la ventana no era una opción.

Decepción absoluta: Inseguro, sucio y sin las camas prometidas.
"Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido lamentable. Reservé y pagué explícitamente una habitación triple para tres adultos, pero lo que recibimos fue una cama doble y un sofá cama minúsculo e incómodo. Mi hijo, que mide 1,90 m y pesa 95 kg, literalmente no cabía. Es inaceptable cobrar por tres adultos y ofrecer esto. El diseño de la habitación 109 es absurdo: hay un pasillo estrecho donde colocaron el armario, cuyas puertas no se pueden abrir porque chocan con la pared y la puerta de entrada. Pero lo más preocupante es la seguridad: para llegar a la habitación hay que atravesar unos pasillos oscuros, tipo laberinto, y no vi ninguna salida de emergencia visible. Me pareció una ratonera. Para colmo, la higiene dejaba mucho que desear: el suelo del baño estaba sucio y las toallas no estaban grises y olían mal. No volveremos y no lo recomiendo en absoluto."Además, si tienes intolerancias alimentarias, olvídate: soy celíaca y no había nada para mí en el desayuno (coffe córner) a pesar de ser un estándar básico hoy en día. Una experiencia para no repetir."

Estadia maravilhosa.
Nossa experiência foi muito boa, os funcionários são excelentes, de muita educação e simpatia. Nos sentimos bem acolhidos e bem cuidados pela equipe do hotel, estão de parabéns e com toda certeza iremos indicar o hotel aos amigos e familiares que por ventura passem por Madrid. O único ponto negativo, a ventilação no quarto, por várias vezes o ambiente ficou abafado e a única porta que tinha para abrir dava pra uma varanda compartilhada com outro quarto e não conseguimos regular a temperatura do ambiente, mas isso não afetou em nada nossa experiência que foi muito boa, estão de parabéns. 👏🏼🥰

Muy correcto en todo.
El hotel Madrid Centro Plaza Mayor es muy correcto en todo lo que se le pide a un hotel de su categoría. Con algunas cosas por pulir, pero en líneas generales recomendable como la gran mayoría de la cadena B&B.

¡Excelente hotel!
Todo muy bien con nuestra estancia, muy buena ubicación cerca de Puerta del Sol y la Plaza Mayor además de estaciones de metro y paradas de buses. El personal muy amable. Todo excelente.
