The hotel service is very considerate！Including keeping luggage for free and leaving the breakfast at the door！By the way，it will be better that provide one more dustbin.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, sobre todo el detalle del desayuno en la puerta cada mañana y el hecho de tener un espacio común tipo cafetería con fruta, café y galletas disponibles. ¡Un detalle estupendo, además 24 horas! Lo único que se podría mejorar es el ruido por las noches, ya que al estar céntrico se escucha bastante, y también el frío en el baño, porque entraba aire por la ventana grande del primer piso, concretamente en la habitación 102, donde nos alojamos. Por lo demás, excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, muy buena limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación fue muy buena.

We loved our stay at BB Plaza Mayor. Perfect location and extremely clean, safe, and well kept hotel. It was close to everything we needed: food, attractions, and metro. The front desk attendants were awesome and helped us feel right at home. They even left little goodies on our door each morning!!! We would love to stay here again if we ever get back to Madrid. Highly recommend.

El personal encantador, las instalaciones perfectas, el enclave y ubicación formidables. El rincón del café (una idea pensada para el cansado viajero, las veinticuatro horas) maravilloso. El detalle del mini desayuno en la puerta,inimaginable, es de película. Lo único que sé es que cada vez que vaya a Madrid, me alojaré en vuestro hotel.
