Ho soggiornato per 2 notti in questo hotel, prezzo ottimo, pulito con tutto il necessario nelle camere, posizione centrale ma non nel caos delle grandi vie. Alla reception molto gentili ed accoglienti. Lo consiglio

Llegamos bastante antes de la hora del cheking con intención de pedir si podíamos dejar las mochilas en la consigna, y nos dijeron que nuestra habitación ya estaba disponible, también nos dieron una habitación superior a la que nosotros habíamos comprado. Referente al desayuno nos comentaron que no tenían servicio de desayuno pero que disponen de un Coorner Cofee 24h con servicio de café, infusiones, zumos y algunas pastas. También por la mañana nos encontramos en la puerta una bolsa de papel con dos bricks de agua y 2 croassants de chocolate. Y hablando de la ubicación, sin duda, un acierto para moverse por el centro de Madrid. Sin duda una buena experiencia, muy recomendable y sin duda volveremos

The hotel service is very considerate！Including keeping luggage for free and leaving the breakfast at the door！By the way，it will be better that provide one more dustbin.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, sobre todo el detalle del desayuno en la puerta cada mañana y el hecho de tener un espacio común tipo cafetería con fruta, café y galletas disponibles. ¡Un detalle estupendo, además 24 horas! Lo único que se podría mejorar es el ruido por las noches, ya que al estar céntrico se escucha bastante, y también el frío en el baño, porque entraba aire por la ventana grande del primer piso, concretamente en la habitación 102, donde nos alojamos. Por lo demás, excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, muy buena limpieza y la comodidad de la habitación fue muy buena.

We loved our stay at BB Plaza Mayor. Perfect location and extremely clean, safe, and well kept hotel. It was close to everything we needed: food, attractions, and metro. The front desk attendants were awesome and helped us feel right at home. They even left little goodies on our door each morning!!! We would love to stay here again if we ever get back to Madrid. Highly recommend.

From the airport
By Taxi:
- Take M-14 from Av de la Hispanidad (2 min 1,5 km)
- Continue on M-14. Take M-40 to Av. del Mediterráneo/A-3 (7 min 10,2 km)
- Take Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha (11 min 4,1 km)

By Metro:
- Take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios
- Change to Line 10 and take it to Tribunal
- At Tribunal, change to Line 1 and take it to Sol station.
- Head west on Puerta del Sol toward Calle del Correo
- Continue onto Calle Mayor and turn left onto Calle de Esparteros
- Continue straight onto Plaza de Santa Cruz and turn left onto Calle de Atocha
By bus:
- Airport Express bus (24 hours) or Line 203 to Plaza de Cibeles
- From Plaza de Cibeles, walk 12 minutes down Calle Alcalá to Calle Sevilla
- Slight right onto Calle de la Cruz/Plaza de Canalejas and turn right onto Calle de Atocha.
From Chamartín station
By taxi
- Take M-30 Lateral and Calle O'Donnell towards Calle de Carlos y Guillermo Fernández Shaw.
- Take Av. del Mediterráneo, Paseo de la Reina Cristina and Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha.
By public transport
- Take Metro Line 1 to Sol
