Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Lors de la prise en charge de notre chambre par le distributeur automatique, nous avons informé le responsable de l'hôtel qui était présent que nous ne prendrions possession de la chambre que tard dans la soirée. Hors lors de notre arrivée les draps sales n'avaient pas été changés, les serviettes de toilettes dans la bac à douche et la poubelle de la salle de bains pas vidée. Quant au sol n'en parlons même pas. Lelendemain le responsable nous a certes remboursé la chambre mais il a été très désagréable.

Prima doorreis hotel. Schone kamer, goed bed. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Alleen jammer dat er geen terras of iets dergelijks was, zodat je even buiten zou kunnen zitten.

Lamentable

Chambre dans un état exécrable, sol de salle de bain jonché de cheveux, intérieur des WC dans un état lamentable. Et un "réceptionniste" si on peut appeler ça comme ça, limite désagréable, la moindre chose qu'on lui demandait il nous faisait savoir que ça le dérangeait. Même pas de bonjour ni de au revoir.

Bonjour , Votre commentaire me semble excessif suite à votre passage chez nous. Il y a une grande différence entre solliciter de l'aide et être assisté. Il nous paraît que lorsque vous avez pris possession des accès et de la chambre, vous étiez pas déçu . Si vous faites référence à la propreté de la chambre durant votre séjour, c'est normal, puisque vous avez réservé une chambre sans service de nettoyage. À mon avis, notre assistant était occupé ou il ne vous a tout simplement pas remarqué lorsque vous êtes parti. Lors de votre prochaine venue, si vous rencontrez le moindre problème, veuillez vous adresser à notre réception pour trouver une solution. Vous êtes constamment le bienvenu parmi nous.
