What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel très agréable

Hôtel convenable, propre avec petit déjeuner copieux servi jusqu'à 10 h le week-end mais si vous descendez une demi heure avant la fin du service, plus de pain et dès 10 h pile le personnel débarrasse le buffet ... Autre point négatif : accessibilité de cet hôtel après franchissement de deux parking, le premier privé avec prise de ticket, puis celui de l'hôtel ... Heureusement que la réception est ouverte 24 h/24

Je suis sincèrement désolée d'apprendre que votre expérience au petit-déjeuner n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Votre satisfaction est notre priorité et il est inacceptable que le buffet n'ait pas été réapprovisionné en pain une demi-heure avant la fin du service et que le personnel ait commencé à le débarrasser de manière si précipitée. Soyez assuré que j'ai personnellement fait le point avec mon équipe afin de rappeler l'importance d'un service irréprochable jusqu'à la dernière minute. Concernant l'accès à notre parking : pour certain de nos clients c'est gage de sécurité. La configuration de celui ci ne nous donne, à notre regret, aucune possible d'aménagement autre que l'existant. Nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau. La direction

Access Metz Est Technopôle Pôle Santé

The B&B HOTEL Metz Est Technopôle Pôle Santé is located east of Metz, close to the Castle of Mercy, and easily accessible by car via the N431 or the D955 roads.

If you are coming from Metz: take the “Voie Rapide” to the East/N233 and then take the exit at Peltre. Keep on the Voie Mettis and then take the Rue Jardin d’Ecosse.

If your are coming from Nancy: take the A31 towards Metz, then take the exit on D955 and keep on towards Ars Laquenexy. Follow the Château Salins and Peltre signs. Take the Voie Pettis and take the Rue du Jardin d’Ecosse.

Airport of Metz/Nancy Lorraine: 18 kilometers from the hotel by D955.
