Hotel degrade

Sous l"enseigne "Campanile", l'hôtel était agréable. Il souffre maintenant d"une absence manifeste d'entretien, de plus il n"y à plus de possibilité de restauration. Le téléviseur de l'accueil ne fonctionne plus. En parlant d'accueil, la tenue de l'adjoint de direction n'est pas adaptée, mal habillé. Pas coiffe, toujours plonge dans son smartphone

Nous prenons bien en compte chacune de vos remarques mais apportons cependant les informations suivantes : Sur le manque d'entretien : Même si une rénovation totale de l'établissement est programmée, l'entretien n'est en aucun cas délaissé. A ce titre, de nouvelles procédures de ménage en chambres ont été instaurées, du mobilier changé... Sur l'absence de restauration le soir : Il n'est en effet pas dans l'adn de B&B de proposer la restauration hors du petit déjeuner sur lequel nous apportons une vraie plus value : celui de proposer des produits frais et de qualité, sucrés et salés, provenant de fournisseurs français engagés. Sur la tenue de notre adjoint : Ce point est le plus étonnant, le directeur adjoint est le plus ancien employé de cet établissement, déjà présent sous l'enseigne campanile, et nous connaissons son professionnalisme. Sa tenue a toujours été adaptée, et en ce qui concerne l'utilisation du téléphone portable, il ne l'a jamais directement sur lui durant son travail. Par contre il est possible que vous ayez confondu avec l'utilisation de l'ordinateur de réception, ce qui est parti intégrante et importante de son métier. Nous espérons vous recevoir de nouveau au B&B Avignon Sud,
