What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très mauvaise expérience

Nous avons séjourné dans votre hôtel B&B au 205 Rue Romy Schneider, 82000 Montauban, dans la nuit du 10 au 11 mai 2025, en chambre 72, située à côté de l’ascenseur. Malheureusement, notre nuit a été fortement perturbée par le bruit constant de l’ascenseur, audible dans la chambre tout au long de la nuit, rendant le sommeil impossible. De plus, le matelas, posé sur un socle en bois, faisait énormément de bruit à chaque mouvement, ce qui a accentué l’inconfort. Nous avons informé les gérants le matin même, qui nous ont indiqué être au courant du problème et nous ont conseillé de vous adresser un courrier de réclamation ce que nous avons fait.
