Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Client dans les hôtels B&B depuis plus de 15 ans ayant l’habitude de faire des réservations sur l’application Je réserve comme d’habitude avec l’empreinte de ma carte bleue personnelle ne pouvant pas le faire avec la carte bleue professionnel. D’habitude, je fais le règlement toujours à la borne quand l’hôtel est fermé . À mon arrivée et à ma grande surprise, je m’aperçois que le prélèvement a été fait sur ma carte bleue personnel . Je fais un appel a l’interphone, afin de pouvoir régler le problème. La personne qui me répond à l’interphone m’envoie faire le tour des 3 hôtelsB&B de la ville Je finis par tomber sur une personne qui appelle sa Responsable, je lui demande le remboursement sur ma carte bleue personnel et la refacturation sur la carte bleue professionnelle . Celle-ci me dit que c’est impossible ayant déjà eu le problème une autre fois je lui dis que cela est possible, elle insiste en me disant pas possible de rembourser. Je décide donc de ne pas partir de l’hôtel que quand j’aurai le remboursement comme par hasard 40 minutes plus tard, elle fait intervenir son réceptionniste, et finit par me trouver une solution. Ceci est vraiment de la mauvaise volonté et ceci est du vol. Cela m’a fait perdre deux heures de montant étant Commercial sur la route toute la journée, cela est fortement désagréable . Surtout faites très attention quand vous laissez votre empreinte carte bleue, la responsable se sert sur votre compte sans vous le demander. Je viens de prendre une décision, c’est de ne plus jamais réserver dans les hôtels B & B . Client 6973171 séjour du 26/05/2025 Carte club 831270
