Tout était parfait, sauf la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Car je ne supporte pas la chaleur.
Tout était bien, mais dans ma chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai demandé à la dame, elle m’a dit que les clients réclame qu’il faisait trop froid c’est pour cela , l’hôtel avait décidé d’éteindre tout les AC. Pour moi , c’est pas normal, si quelqu’un ne veut pas c’est ne dit tout le monde…. Voilà la partie que je n’ai pas aimé. Mais le reste c’est était parfait. Merci et bonne compréhension

Une nuit passée à l’occasion d’un mariage
Nous avions précisé au téléphone lors de notre réservation qu’il nous fallait une chambre en rez-de-chaussée avec une douche adapté du fait d’un handicap.
À notre arrivée nous nous sommes vu attribués une chambre au 1er étage avec douche difficile d'accès. Ce qui a obligé à mon conjoint de monter les escaliers avec difficultés avec un risque de chute.
Dommage
Un confort pourtant très satisfaisant.
