con grupos grandes no tienen espacio !! Un dia sin agua para duchar, otro dia sin agua caliente, el ventilador en el 401 con mucho ruido, avisado en la recepción, pero no arreglado ![trustyou]()

Estancia en Grupo - Mayo
Nos alojamos con un grupo de 48 personas en el hotel para luego visitar al día siguiente el parque Puy do Fou en Toledo, escogimos su hotel por cercanía al parque y precios competitivos. Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue, en general, muy satisfactoria. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, bien equipadas y el alojamiento cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Además, queremos destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque es completo y variado en lo que respecta a bollería, fruta y mermeladas, echamos en falta una mayor oferta en la parte salada. Como sugerencias de mejora, consideramos importante señalar dos aspectos: 1) Coordinación del autocar: Avisamos con antelación de que llegaríamos en un autocar de 55 plazas. Hubiera sido de gran ayuda que se nos hubieran reservado unas tres plazas en el parking exterior para facilitar el aparcamiento, así como haber recibido indicaciones claras sobre dónde realizar la carga y descarga de pasajeros. Finalmente, tuvimos que hacerlo en la propia calle del hotel, lo cual resultó incómodo y causó retenciones de tráfico. 2) Gestión del check-in en grupo: La asignación de habitaciones podría haberse gestionado mejor desde recepción, entregando las llaves a cada pareja en el momento del check-in. En otros viajes en grupo, el propio hotel realiza esta distribución y nosotros simplemente entregamos las llaves, lo que facilita mucho la organización. A pesar de estos detalles, valoramos positivamente nuestra estancia y agradeceríamos que se tuvieran en cuenta estas observaciones para futuras visitas.

El hotel está bien, pero el aparcamiento de pago para cargar coches eléctricos es un problema.
El hotel está muy bien y el personal es muy servicial. Han hecho los aparcamientos de pago y es complicado aparcar en la calle.

Una decepción
Contrato unas condiciones y al llegar me quieren cobrar el parking y en la app de B&B no me sale que es de pago. Es una vergüenza que hagan esto a los clientes. Es una de las cosas buenas que tenía el hotel y ya no la tienes. No creo que me quede más en ese hotel
