Bad experience

Vážené vedení hotelu, Dne 12. listopadu jsem dorazil do hotelu přibližně v 19:30. Rád bych vás informoval o situaci, která nastala při mém příjezdu. Po převzetí klíče od pokoje na recepci jsem zjistil, že přidělený pokoj je určen pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, což neodpovídá mým potřebám. Když jsem se vrátil na recepci a požádal o výměnu pokoje, byl jsem překvapen nevhodnou reakcí zaměstnance, který mi s nesouhlasným tónem odpověděl doslova: „Proč chcete pokoj měnit?“ Klidně jsem mu vysvětlil, že pokoj je určen pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a že bych raději bydlel v běžném pokoji. Následně mi sdělil, že v tuto chvíli není k dispozici pokoj s manželskou postelí, a proto mi může nabídnout pouze pokoj se dvěma oddělenými lůžky jako dočasné řešení. Tato situace ve mně zanechala negativní dojem, zejména proto, že recepční ignoroval charakter přiděleného pokoje nebo jednal způsobem, který bylo možné vnímat jako neuctivý. Žádám vás o přijetí vhodných opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení kvality poskytovaných služeb a k zajištění respektu vůči hostům. S úctou, Ismail H.

Protože jste si na našich stránkách zvolil bezbariérový pokoj, není v kompetenci našich zaměstnanců hodnotit či zpochybňovat toto rozhodnutí — jistě se shodneme, že by to nebylo vhodné. Vzhledem k plné obsazenosti hotelu v daný den bohužel následně nebylo možné nabídnout pokoj standardního typu. Arrival by car

Please contact the hotel's reception for a traffic update before your arrival to avoid complications caused by eventual road closures.

From 5. května and Wilsonova street direction Holesovice (from Centrum, coming from south to Prague) - 2km behind the main train Station turn right to leave the street and then left to the “Stare Mesto”. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights towards “Liben”. Drive straight under the bridge and turn right behind the petrol station. Turn right at the end of the street and then left in front of the viaduct. Turn right at the end of the road and immediately right again. After 20m you will reach the garage entrance.

From Prague Circle to Wilsonova street direction the Centre (coming from the west/north to Prague) - Drive via Prague circle towards “Liben”. Take the “Hlavkuv most” direction Pankrac/Centrum. Turn right behind the bridge direction the Stare mesto. Turn right at the end of the street. Drive straight under the bridge and turn right behind the petrol station. Turn right at the end of the street and then left in front of the viaduct. Turn right at the end of the road and immediately right again. After 20m you will reach the garage entrance.

Arrival by train

From Hlavní Nádraží train station or Nádraží Holešovice train station: Take underground C (Red line) to Florenc station and leave the underground by the Karlin/City Centre exit. When exiting onto the street, head straight through the passage and turn right. B&B Hotel Prague City is on the corner.

Arrival by bus

From Florenc bus station go straight through the bus and metro hall towards the tram stations. Go straight through the passage and turn right. B&B Hotel Prague-City is on the corner.
