What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

J'étais heureuse d'arriver sur st jean de luz pour les deux jours de vacances que j'avais. l'Accueil à la réception m'a refroidit. Le matin au petit déjeuner l'accueil n'était pas meilleurs, personne sèche si bien que la personne âgé qui m'accompagnait n'à pas osé signaler qu'il n'y avait plus de jus de pomme dans leur distributeur. Pour couronner le tout les draps de mon lit étaient mit à l'envers drap housse et housse de couette avec toutes les coutures apparente. (le soir tard je n'avait personne pour refaire le lit) La chaine d'hôtel est très bien je suis une habituée, malheureusement l'humain reste l'humain avec ses humeurs.

From Pau centre: Direction Bayonne, ZAC Lescar (commercial zone), then direction Orthez on D817. The hotel is located on the right.
