What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

climatisation

Séjour une nuit du 14.06.25 au 15.06.25, arrivée à 15h mais installation à 22h, accessibilité de l'hôtel pas très bonne, chambre 39 bonne, service bon, petit déjeuner bon, par contre climatisation en panne un jour de forte chaleur avec 30° dans la chambre vous êtes obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre..! Avec la circulation intense sur le boulevard, un resto en face qui ferme à 2h du matin et malgré la présence d'un vigile vous n'êtes pas tranquille, résultat: une nuit de 3h30 de sommeil, ce qui n'est idéal pour reprendre la route à 8h..! Conclusion: il n'y aura pas de deuxième fois..!

Service de garde 24h/24 inexistant

Nous restions 2 nuits, notre badge ne fonctionnant pas pour la 2ième nuit (vers 23h45), il a été impossible d'avoir accès à notre chambre (plusieurs familles étant dans la même situation que nous). Malgré le numéro de téléphone affiché et avoir eu le téléphone du veilleur de nuit =) PAS DE REPONSE. Nous avons dû se résoudre à aller dormir dans un autre hôtel. il était 2 h, il y a eu un remboursement de notre nuité et une intervention dans le paiement de l'autre chambre, cependant pas suffisant pour couvrir les frais ni les préjudices subi. Un probléme de badge peut arrriver MAIS il faut une réponse humaine en cas de problème. On y réfléchira à 2 fois avant de revenir chez eux !!!
