What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Personnel agréable , à l’écoute des gens et serviable . Chambre propre

À mon prochain passage à Herblay , je retournerais dans cette hôtel qui géographiquement me convient pour rendre visite à ma famille. Chambre propre et calme . Nous avons pu bien dormir . Les enfants ont adoré les petites déjeuners . Personnel très sympathique . À refaire . Le seul petit problème c’est que la salle pour prendre le petit déjeuner est petite surtout lorsque nous nous retrouvons tous à la même heure .

Un hôtel B&B bas de gamme qui pourrait gagner en qualité avec peu de choses. Soigner les extérieurs Un accueil plus chaleureux (de la part de certains employés : pas tous !) Des clients "habitués " qui prennent l'hôtel comme un "chez eux" en buvant des bières dehors et en faisant beaucoup de bruit (accompagnés d'ailleurs par le personnel de l'hôtel !) Enfin, un hôtel qui mériterait une rénovation notamment au niveau des portes de chaque chambre : très mal insonorisé.
