What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bonjour Vous avez séjournée sur notre établissement , vous êtes arriver tardivement le soir je vous est donner les information a suivre qu' il vous rester la taxe a régler a votre arriver . En émettant votre numéro de réservation sur l appareil en réception que si vous rencontrée un problème il y avait un bouton d appelle d astreinte et nous pourrions vous aidez , comme vous m avez informer que vous avez l habitude de séjournée chez hôtel benb vous devez connaitre les démarches a suivre après 21 heures comme je vous l ai dit poliment . Au petit matin vous avez évoquer être très fatiguer et ne pas avoir pris la penne d aller jusqu'au bout de votre réservation que c était compliquer la route , la fatigue de ce fait vous avez repris une chambre .en demandant le remboursement, le matin après vous avoir expliquer que cela ne sera pas possible .je peux comprendre votre démarche et de fait pour cette raison de mettre un commentaire négatif cela ne ressort pas de mon accueil mais le fait que vous n avait pas eu satisfaction de votre problème, donc ce matin vous en êtes pris a moi . Vous m avez indiquer que les déjeuners vous les payerais a la fin de votre séjours que c est comme cela que vous faite sur chaque établissement , et que je n ais pas le choix comme je vous ai informer les déjeuner ce règle a l arriver , je n ai pas évoquer que vous étiez un voleur .le clients et roi mais nous avons des règles a respecter et c est règles s applique tel que dans nos établissement .Bien sur nous vous ferons le remboursement d un petit déjeuner . Première déception

La chambre était louée depuis plusieurs semaines, pour une halte nocturne sur notre route entre Nantes et Amsterdam. Arrivée vers 1h30 du matin, qu'elle n'a pas été notre surprise de découvrir une chambre non préparée. Je fais appel à l'assistance de nuit, la responsable arrive quelques minutes plis tard, désolée, et nous attribue une nouvelle chambre.... Et là, très mauvaise surprise, la deuxième chambre n'est pas préparée non plus !!! Je retrouve la responsable, qui est parti préparée elle-même la chambre afin que nous puissions y dormir. La nuit fût courte, nous levant à 7h pour terminer notre voyage jusqu'à Amsterdam. Depuis plusieurs années, je viens chez B&B Hôtels, j'ai même pris la carte Club, mais là j'avoue que j'ai été contrarié et déçu. Néanmoins, je vais continuer à utiliser cette chaîne hôtelière mais au prochain problème, je révoque ma carte de membre et je change de chaîne d'hôtellerie

From Paris or Caen (A13) : exit 22 Rouen Est then direction Rouen/Boulogne/Amiens . Follow D18E to the roundabout rond-point des Vaches , and turn left at the traffic lights.

From Rouen centre : follow Vernon/Pontoise , then ZI Est D18E (industrial zone), direction A13 Caen/Le Mans . At the end of the industrial zone, turn right at the lights, next to the lake, before the roundabout rond-point des Vaches .
