Bien pour une nuit.
Belle vue côté lac. La salle d'eau est minimaliste (1 seul gobelet pour 2 personnes, pas de sèche cheveu et rideau de douche pas très propre). La couette était trop chaude pour la saison. Petit déjeuner copieux mais choix restreint pour celui qui aime le salé. Globalement pour une nuit, c'est une étape correcte

Vraiment un séjour très agréable à un prix très avantageux. Ravie!
J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour l'emplacement (à 6mn en voiture du Technopole) et ce fut une agréable surprise. Une chambre confortable, un hôtel très silencieux. La wifi et le parking gratuit sont un vrai plus, alors que le prix de la chambre est déjà franchement modeste! Les trois membres du personnel que j'ai croisés, ont tous été très ouverts, sympas et prévenants, en particulier leur réceptionniste. L'utilisation d'un code pour entrer dans la chambre est géniale: plus de peur d'oublier sa clé ou sa carte-clé. Le mobilier et la literie étaient de très bonne qualité et la douche immédiatement chaude. Je réserverai de nouveau cet hôtel pour mes prochains séjours sur la technopole de Rouen, où se trouve le metro pour aller en centre ville. J'ai également apprécié la proximité de l'A13 en fin de séjour, un gain de temps non négligeable. Je recommande cet hotel sans hésiter.

Not a great stay
I’m going to start off by saying the location isn't great. There’s a b&m 5 mins walking distance away and there’s a restaurant. The hotel seems to be on a dual carriageway which is not ideal if you’re walking about. To get to the closest town centre it’s 15-20mins in the car. We had to get taxis everywhere, which meant we didn’t really stick to our budget. It’s a good location if you’ve drive there however not somewhere I’d book as a leisure destination. We did book this through love holidays and it wasn’t as it was made out on the web. We paid for our stay which was room only £160 each, for 3 days. We didn’t know how to access our room at our 2am arrival, as nobody was on the door. We sat there with our luggage trying to call numbers for the hotel for 20mins before realising there was an assistance button. When the button was pressed, a guy told us through a speaker how to access our room. We then had to pay a room tax of 4.80€ and when we finally got to our room it was too late to complain to anyone as nobody was there on the reception. However there was an orange stain on the left hand side of the bed sheet. Woke up the next morning and went to see what was for breakfast to see whether we should pay for it or not. The receptionist said we had to pay whilst we was looking and we explained we was just looking, she looked at another college said something in french and laughed whilst they both stared at us…making us feel unwelcome not being able to understand what was going on. We said nevermind we won’t be eating and walked out for them to still be staring and laughing at us. Other than this occasion we didn’t see any staff to complain to about the bedding. The rooms weren’t dirty however they are small, as soon as we walked into our room the bed was right there. There’s also not enough room between the shower and the toilet.
