What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Franchement une très belle chambre, c’est propre rien à dire sur la propreté , on et bien confortable dans le lit, juste la sale de bain elle et petite et puis il y a pas beaucoup de pression d’eau donc c’est nul quand on doit se laver les cheveux ou autre, et puis il y a pas de gants il y a juste de serviette et un tapis de bain et c’est tout, lieu calme aussi franchement c’est agréable

dans l'ensemble satisfaisant

Ce n'est pas le mieux des B&B Hôtel que nous avons fait . La literie pas top, le lit grincé. Accueil pas très courtois, on va excuser car ils devaient gérer des fuites devant l'accueil avec une grosse poubelle. Le vigile très courtois et sympathique.

Hôtel calme, personnel à l'écoute et agréable, très bon petit déjeuner

Nous venons souvent dans cet hôtel quand nous venons voir nos enfants. Chambre et salle de bain classique, petites mais il n'y manque rien. C'est un hôtel silencieux et bien placé, près d'un grand centre commercial .Malgré un incident concernant une canalisation d'eau bouchée par un Bouchon de calcaire, le personnel a été très efficace pour que les clients soient le moins possible gênés. La literie est confortable. Un deuxième jeu de serviettes de bain serait le bienvenu quand on est deux personnes. C'est un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter étant client depuis quelques années.

Access Arras

Coming from city center: via the Avenue Winston Churchill , direction Parc des Bonnettes , the hotel is opposite the Auchan Shopping Centre.

From Lille : take the A1 direction Paris, then exit 16 Arras Centre to reach the D266/N39 direction -Le Touquet-. Follow direction C. Cial Auchan (Auchan shopping centre). Exit -Parc des Bonnettes-, then at the second roundabout, turn left -Rue Maréchal Koenig-.

From Paris, take the A1, direction Lille, then exit 15 Arras, to join the N39, direction Université dArtois to the Jean Monnet crossroads. Turn right, then follow the directions from Lille.

From Calais, take the A16 and join the A26 then exit 7 -Arras centre , then direction Le Touquet. Follow direction C.Cial Auchan (Auchan shopping centre), then -Parc des Bonnettes, then at the second roundabout turn left - Rue Maréchal Koenig.
