Le changement de personnels de l'hôtel me perturbe en tant que fidèle de cet établissement depuis son ouverture, de ce fait je suis toujours nouveau. Il faut maintenir un noyau du personnel.

Bien mais..
J’ai passé la un séjour à Bobigny et au début tout était top y compris les agents de sécurité très sympas. L’avant dernier jour j’ai essayé au moins 20 minutes d’avoir un renseignement à l’accueil que je n’ai pas eu car l’hôtesse était derrière le comptoir avec la responsable qui lui criait dessus alors elles ne m’ont même pas regardée alors je suis partie.
C’est un été particulièrement chaud et le distributeur ne fonctionne pas. Je suis donc allée au petit déjeuner pour remplir ma bouteille d’eau glacée et la responsable me traquait comme si j’étais une voleuse alors que je ne cherchais qu’à remplir ma bouteille d’eau glacée. Ils vendent 3€ une petite cristalline quand même.
Bref dans l’ensemble bon séjour mais une fois la responsable présente on était frustrés. Je mets de bonnes notes car le reste du personnel était vraiment top.
Bon rapport qualité /prix et bien placé. Bravo
