Been there done that. :)
Enkel 1 toegangswegr om hotel binnen te geraken (auto). Grati parking is plus maar beetje scary (netheid van bewoners). Lift gaat meteen naar je verdiep. Mooit uitzicht.
Te ver van het centrum (met auto) achteraf gezien. Ook niet veilige plaats om 's avonds rond te wandelen lijkt me.

J'ai fais 1 mois avec ma famille tous c'est bien passé jusqu'au dernier jour là directrice adjointe tape a 11h a ma table en étant désagréable et me dis que j'ai pas payer la chambre dans laquelle je suis . Je descends montrer les preuves même pas d'excuse rien et au final pour a la fin nous bannir de l'hôtel bravo

A Practical Base Near the Aquatics Centre
I stayed at the B&B HOTEL Saint-Denis Porte de Paris for two weeks during the 2026 European Aquatics Championships and found it to be a reliable, practical, and comfortable base for my stay.
The hotel itself met my expectations very well. My room was simple but clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well maintained. After long days of volunteering, sightseeing, and walking across Paris, I always appreciated returning to a room that was tidy and functional. Housekeeping was consistent throughout my stay.
The hotel's biggest advantage is its location for anyone visiting the Olympic Aquatics Centre or the Stade de France. Both were easily accessible, which made it an excellent choice for my volunteer assignment.
The main drawback is the surrounding area. While I never felt unsafe, the neighborhood is very different from the image many visitors have of central Paris. The streets were often littered, and the overall environment could feel neglected at times. On the other hand, I also saw city workers regularly cleaning the area, which showed that efforts were being made to maintain it.
Getting into central Paris was straightforward thanks to the Metro network, although it required more planning and travel time than staying in the city center.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. If your priority is a clean, affordable hotel with good access to northern Paris, the Stade de France, or the Aquatics Centre, I would happily recommend it.
