Arrivée à 21h : les mecs du quartier dans le hall d'accueil, dans la partie petit déjeuner, en train de manger des chips devant la télé. Très moyen. Dans la salle de bain, passage de serviette par terre pour essuyer l'eau : la serviette est ressortie noire. La serpillère ne doit pas être passée souvent. Pas de sac dans la poubelle : c'est dégoutant, des restes des précédents hôtes sont collés au fond. Pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre : ok, mais il n'y en a qu'un seul pour tout l'hôtel ... et vue la qualité de celui-ci, ça coûte 20€ chez Darty. Un investissement s'impose. Petit déjeuner : les 2 machines à café en panne, plus de jus d'orange, plus de serviette en papier ... Et à 120€ la nuit, c'est pas non plus donné.

Worst experience ever ! Totally unacceptable!!

· It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel! at 3:00 am, when I was deep asleep, someone entered my room, turning all the lights on! I jumped out of bed totally shocked and frightened!! I could not sleep for the rest of the night! Later when went to the reception, that BTW could not speak a word in English, I found out that he "accidentally" gave the code to my room to another client! unbelievable!! totally unacceptable!! I had an important meeting the day after and imagine how I felt the whole day! We are sorry is all that they said. Tried to talk to the manager of the hotel but did not manage to find him during my stay!! all in all, I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. very irresponsible and unprofessional! additionally, there was also an extremely annoying smell in the bathroom.

La propreté du garage s'est améliorée. Le personnel, des chambres comme du petit déjeuner, et très attentionné, serviable, souriant. Grand merci à eux sans qui le séjour serait très impersonnel. Peut-être enrichir l'offre snack en distributeur pour grignotage de nuit...

Concernant les fruits du petit déjeuner, il n'y avait que des pommes. Une variété de fruits (kiwi, ananas, mangues par exemple) serait à prévoir, voire une salade de fruits frais pour être au top. Pour le jus d'orange, de nombreux hôtels proposent des machines (manuelles ou électriques) pour faire de VRAIS jus d'orange en remplacement des jus industriels qui sont présentés comme 100% pur jus, ce dont on peut sérieusement douter !

Nous avons dû payer 10€ pour le parking de l’hôtel ... je trouve ça franchement honteux ! Le minimum est d’offrir un parking gratuit à votre clientèle...

From Paris : take A1/E19 dir.St Denis/Roissy CDG Airport/ Lille/Bruxelles. Take exit N°2 St Denis Centre and continue along Avenue du Président Wilson. Turn left into Rue Jules Saulnier then turn left onto the boulevard Anatole France and turn right twice: bd Anatole France and Route de la Révolte, direction A86 Gennevilliers/Cergy. Turn left onto the bd de la libération. 

From A 86 Dir Bobigny : Exit 8A direction St Denis Pleyel. The hotel is on the right(800 m).
