What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Personnel agréable, souriant et à l’écoute ! 10e le parking extrêmement cher mais malheureusement pas de parking autour, pas de borne de recharge également comme annoncé sur internet ! Chambre spacieuse et literie agréable mais le ménage une honte ! Des miettes au sol, la douche bouché (nous étions 4 et nous avons été obligé d’attendre chacun notre tour jusqu’à écoulement de l’eau sinon tout remonté par le siphon) des traces dans les toilettes et j’en passe… la Clim ne fonctionnait pas mais heureusement cette nuit la il a plu donc nous avons ouvert la fenêtre ! Très déçu au prix de la chambre …

Zimmer schön und sauber, aber …

Wir haben auf der Durchreise in den Sommerurlaub eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage reserviert, damit das vollgepackte Auto über Nacht sicher steht. Das hat alles funktioniert, aber die Rampen in der Tiefgarage sind so steil, dass wir mit unserem Auto immer aufgesetzt haben und am Unterboden nun etliche Kratzer haben, obwohl dies nicht tiefer gelegt ist. Des Weiteren wird auf den B&B Webseiten geschrieben, dass es Getränke- und Snackautomaten gibt. Der Getränkeautomat war auch voll, aber leider defekt, sodass man nichts rausholen konnte. Es gab einen Zettel, dass man sich im Nachbarhotel am Getränkeautomaten bedienen kann, aber da gab es auch nur noch eine Flasche Wasser. Da wir recht spät ankamen, war das wirklich sehr enttäuschend und die Supermärkte hatten bereits geschlossen. Da wäre es besser gewesen, an der Rezeption alternativ noch die Möglichkeit zu haben, Wasser kaufen zu können. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr schön und sauber und die Betten bequem. Auf unserer Rückreise werden wir in einem anderen B&B Hotel übernachten und hoffen, dass dieser Aufenthalt besser verläuft.
