Goede prijs kwaliteit. Modern hotel, ruime kamers, comfortabel bed, proper, vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Enkel dekbed en matrasbeschermer zijn aan vervanging toe.

Het spijt ons echter te lezen dat u bij het verwijderen van de lakens onhygiënische vlekken op het dekbed en de matras heeft opgemerkt. Dat is uiteraard niet de standaard die wij nastreven. Uw opmerking nemen wij zeer ernstig en wordt meteen meegenomen in onze opvolging met het housekeepingteam, zodat onze controleprocedures verder aangescherpt worden. Mocht u dit tijdens een verblijf vaststellen, dan staat onze receptie 24/7 klaar om onmiddellijk een oplossing te bieden, zoals het wisselen van kamer of bedlinnen.
