Nuestra experiencia en el B&B de la Terminal 4 de Madrid fue, en general, muy buena. La habitación nos sorprendió gratamente por lo espaciosa, cómoda y limpia que estaba. La limpieza fue excelente y el servicio también: solicitamos almohadas adicionales y nos las llevaron rápidamente, algo que apreciamos mucho.
Sin embargo, hay tres aspectos que considero que deberían mejorar:
1. El desayuno: Nuestra tarifa incluía el desayuno, pero lamentablemente los alimentos que debían servirse calientes —como los huevos, las salchichas y el bacon— estaban fríos. Para mí, esto afecta bastante la experiencia, especialmente cuando se trata de alimentos que deberían mantenerse calientes.
2. Frazadas disponibles en la habitación: El aire acondicionado funcionaba excelentemente, especialmente durante el calor. Sin embargo, durante la noche llegó un momento en que sentimos frío y solamente teníamos sábanas. Considero que sería muy conveniente tener una o dos frazadas disponibles dentro del armario, de manera que cada huésped pueda utilizarlas cuando las necesite.
3. Asientos adicionales: Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cómodas, pero precisamente por tener tanto espacio, sería ideal contar con una o dos butacas o sillas cómodas. No siempre uno quiere estar acostado o sentado en la cama, especialmente durante una estadía de varios días.
Fuera de estos tres detalles, nuestra experiencia fue excelente. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, y el personal fue atento y eficiente. Son pequeños aspectos que, si los mejoran, podrían hacer que la experiencia de los huéspedes sea todavía mejor.
