Excellent
Très bel hôtel en plein centre, calme et propre. La salle de repos disponible H24 avec tout à volonté est définitivement un atout à garder. Chambre spacieuse et belle.

Excelente location but not easy to carry luggage it's 3 blocks from the traffic area
The stuff is a plus. They are very kind and courteous. The hotel is located on a walk area non cars acces, if you are traveling with heavy luggage consider to walk 3 blocks for a taxi or Uber

Great location and nice room for short stay
Easy check in and we were given a gift bag for our dog. There is no restaurant on site but they had a room on the lower floor with a coffee machine and cookies open 24 hours. They placed a bag with boxed water and what we assumed was a muffin or pastry on all the doors in the morning but because our flight was so early we did not have time to enjoy it. Bed was comfy and good location for a night in Madrid.

Estancia maravilloso. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado, y llevo viajando 30 años. Muy céntrico. Habitación espaciosa. Todo nuevo. Atención exquisita.

I found the hotel to be very nice, I would suggest adding towel hooks to hang hotels, it allows for towels to dry and encourages people to re-use them.
