Buena

Ha sido buena, pero encontrado con 2 problemas, el desayuno nada saludable (en el de fuenlabrada no he visto piezas de fruta), y la máquina de café solo administra con azúcar. Luego el climatizador, es centralizado, mi habitación hacía una calor de mil demonios, no podía ponerlo en modo frío ya que esta puesto en calefacción y no se puede cambiar, he tenido que comprar un ventilador y abrir la ventana para que entrara algo de aire. Esto se tenía que haber especificado en la web.

En cuanto al desayuno, para un hotel de tres estrellas ofrecemos una variedad amplia ofrecemos una variedad amplia , cuidada y de calidad, incluyendo todo tipo de panes recién hechos, zumos naturales de naranja así como otras variedades de zumos,, café, tés, todo tipo de leches ,variado de cereales y frutos secos,mermeladas, bollería recién hecha, fiambres,tomate recién triturado, aceite virgen extra, bacon, huevos y salchichas, fuet, jamón serrano, queso curado, yogures e incluye fruta fresca todos los días. Lamentamos que no la encontrara en ese momento pero nuestro equipo está siempre disponible para proporcionar cualquier producto que pueda faltar puntualmente si se solicita en sala.También ofrecemos, café y chocolate, te y agua gratuito durante todo el día, todo ello manteniendo una excelente relación calidad- precio. Respecto a la máquina de café, funciona como la mayoría de dispensadores automáticos, y permite diferentes opciones dentro de su configuración estándar. No obstante, tomamos nota de su comentario para valorarlo. Sobre el climatizador, efectivamente es un sistema centralizado. En situaciones de calor, el modo calefacción se desactiva y el sistema mantiene una temperatura neutra. Si nos hubiera informado durante su estancia, nuestro equipo de recepción habría podido revisarlo y ofrecerle una solución o explicarle su funcionamiento para que estuviera más cómodo. Aun así, agradecemos sinceramente que comparta estas observaciones, ya que nos ayudan a mejorar. Esperamos poder pronto tener el placer de tenerlo de vuelta en nuestro hotel.
