Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Plutot très satisfaisante

IL s'agit de notre troisième séjour dans votre établissement, toujours très positif que ce soit la propreté des lieux, la qualité des personnels rencontrés, la qualité des petits déjeuners le rapport qualité-prix, donc une expérience plutot trés satisfaisante malgré à chacun de mes deux derniers séjours d'énormes difficultés avec l'utilisation du matériel de distribution de chambres à Annecy et malgré le check in à Saint Etienne, ce qui est très stressant si nous devons comme nous l'espèrons retourner dans un de vos établissements..
