What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Bonjour Mr CASTILLAZUELO et Mr MOLINO C'est très triste et décevant de recevoir ce genre de retour après l'accompagnement et le service qu'on vous a donné. Vous êtes arrivée à l'hôtel avec 0 rooming liste et le nombre sportif et accompagnement qui doivent séjourné sur l'hôtel. Vous avez fait des réservations de plusieurs chambres mais qu'en réalité vous avez prix beaucoup moins qui a aussi perturbé notre activité. Tout de même notre équipe a accompagné vous et vos sportifs au maximum pour justement personne reste sans attention. Tous les sportifs et les accompagnateurs ont été accueillit dans notre hôtel L'équipe de réception est resté avec vous au téléphone pour mettre au claire votre demande. Au final on a accepté 4 personne dans les chambres quadruple alors que vous avez dit 3 par chambres. Bref, vous avez utilisé la salle de petit déjeuner pour faire votre breafing en dérangeant les tables et chaises . Pour une meilleur réception n'hésiter pas vous fournir lors de vos déplacements futurs avec la liste des sportifs et accompagnateurs pour que vous et nous puissent faire correctement les choses. Egalement, Tous les chambres doublons ont été remboursé le soir même de votre arrivé comme confirmé avec la réception au téléphone. Si vous avez besoin d'avantage de détails sur vos remboursement, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter directement. Oui vous avez bien dit au téléphone que vous êtes mécontent du central de réservation mais venir de mettre de mauvais commentaire sur l'hôtel alors que tout le monde a fait son maximum pour que rapidement vos sportifs et les accompagnants soit au chaud et se reposer avant la compétition, C'est dommage .
