What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Très fonctionnel

Rien ne manque pour le confort. Le personnel est très accueillant dans cet hôtel. Les consignes concernant un comportement responsable ne nous ont pas parues indispensables parce c'est elle correspondent à notre façon de vivre. Une documentation en français dans la chambre serait plus agréable qu'en anglais. Merci

Client habitué à séjourner chez B§B très décu.

Arrivée à 22 heures après avoir fait 650 km de route. 20 minutes d'attente pour avoir le code de la chambre au distributeur. Puis pas une goutte d'eau chaude pour pouvoir se doucher. Aucune présence humaine. Et pas de possibilité de prendre les petits déjeuner le lendemain matin. Nous sommes clients réguliers de ces hôtels et c'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à des prestations catastrophiques. Nous ne viendrons plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel pratique et correct. Toutefois les tarifs sont élevés pour ce type d’hôtellerie. La Borne numérique de réservation n’est jamais disponible avant 14h, c’est un problème et peu pratique d’utilisation !
