Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

Hôtel fonctionnel mais services à adapter

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il était éligible au chèques-vacances Connect. Après ma réservation, j'ai fait un mail sur leur site pour vérifier leur éligibilité, j'attends toujours une réponse à ce jour.. j'ai dû relancer en les contactant par téléphone à deux reprises. La chambre était disponible à 14h mais devant attendre le guichet, je ne pouvais me présenter qu'à 17h. Arrivé à 17h10, l'accueil était fermé. J'ai dû biper à la borne d'appel, quelqu'un devait arriver d'ici 10 minutes mais ne s'est présenté que 45 minutes plus tard. Le temps de m'enregistrer, nous n'avons pu profiter de notre chambre qu'à 18h20. L'expérience est un peu gâchée alors que j'adore cette chaîne, que j'avais déjà testé sur Dijon. Le logement est par contre totalement adapté à une famille, avec un système de mezzanine sécurisé pour les enfants, notre fils a adoré ! Hormis cette péripétie administrative cet hôtel est confortable et agréable.
