Ich war eine Woche in diesem Hotel. Jeden Tag fand ein großer Wechsel an Gästen statt, teils ganze Busse die durchwechselten. Dementsprechend war das Hotel. Unruhig, laut, lieblos, unsauber. Das Frühstück gleicht eher einer billig Kantine als einem 4* Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, überall Haare und Flecken. Betten sind unbequem und der Service ist menschenscheu. Auf der Terrasse lagen kaputte Möbel herum. Die Zimmertüren knallen sehr laut ins Schloss, was einen Nachts schon mal aufwecken kann. Durch die Lage am Waldrand könnte es eigentlich sehr schön sein, bräuchte aber jemanden der sich mit Leidenschaft darum kümmert.

Por último, estamos al tanto del estado de los muebles en la terraza, que está cerrada en invierno, y le confirmamos que estamos en proceso de preparación para su apertura e un mes aproximadamente, en cuanto las temperatura inviten a desayunar en ese espacio Agradecemos nuevamente su tiempo y sus comentarios. Podemos asegurarle que la pasión por el servicio y el cariño en la gestión del hotel pueden ponerse fuera de toda duda. El diseño de la habitación y del hotel es moderno, práctico, pensado para hacer la estancia confortable. La habitación tiene mesa para comer, microondas y nevera, la cama es muy cómoda, la ventana se puede abrir completamente y tiene mosquitera y permiten alojarte con tu perro. Nosotros después de esta experiencia buscaremos hoteles B&B para alojarnos.
