Personal amable, habitación limpia, un poco pequeña. Cama cómoda y armario muy justo. El domingo por la mañana nos despertó el ruido de la puerta de emergencia que teníamos al lado de la habitación 101, la usan para salir a fumar o a sacar la basura y hace mucho ruido. Eso no es una salida de emergencia.

Como hotel de paso esta bien, salvo el baño que es pequeño y sin sitio para dejar las cosas. El personal, hay que decirlo, muy amable en todo momento.

Hotel práctico, cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado (ideal para hospital de Granollers y parque empresarial adyacente). Relación calidad/precio muy óptima. Baño limpio, moderno con buena presión de agua (con ducha amplia). Habitación cómoda con buenas camas (incluye TV y pequeña nevera). Desayuno excelente con variedad de productos (dulces y salados), incluyendo opciones saludables. Espacio de Hall cómodo y agradable con espacios para sentarse y conversar o trabajar. Amplio parquing en el propio hotel y en las calles adyacentes con servicio de carga de vehículos eléctricos. A pocos minutos de la autopista AP-7 y de las autovías que van a la costa y al interior. También cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Además está situado en una zona bastante tranquila a pesar de estar al lado de la ciudad. Y sobre todo, extrema profesionalidad del staff del hotel. Amables, resolutivos y siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud empática y eficiente. Usamos este hotel desde hace años cuando tenemos que ir a Granollers y alrededores, nunca nos ha decepcionado.

Simple, clean and standardized hotel for travellers, who need a quiet and easy to book and handle stay. We appreciated the availabiility of a garage and car charging facility. And the breakfast was very good and thoughtfully administered.
