Sólo se salvan los trabajadores, fue la peor experiencia en un hotel de toda mi vida. Me parece lamentable que tenga que mover y desconectar una nevera que hacía un ruido terrible, que una noche entre alguien en mi habitación mientras dormía porque le dan una habitación equivocada, que al día siguiente me roben rompiendo una luna de mi vehículo y a pesar de todo esto, nadie de la dirección se haya puesto en contacto conmigo para preguntarme qué tal estaba y pedirme disculpas. Según la policía los robos son frecuentes en este hotel y se deberían instalar más cámaras, avisar a los clientes y poner seguridad. No escribo desde el rencor, sólo intento ayudar a que si alguien lee está reseña se lo piense muy bien antes de alojarse en este hotel.

Lamentamos profundamente que su estancia no haya sido satisfactoria y que haya enfrentado inconvenientes significativos durante su visita. Su observación sobre el ruido de la nevera es importante y gracias a su comentario hemos procedido a solucionar este problema. Respecto a la falta de contacto por parte de la dirección, entendemos que esto puede generar una sensación de desatención. La dirección, aunque de vacaciones y a muchos kilómetros de distancia, estuvo informada en todo momento de lo sucedido y estuvo coordinando toda la ayuda que se le pudo ofrecer, punto que vemos que ha valorado al verse apoyado por el personal del hotel. La seguridad de nuestros huéspedes es una prioridad. Nuestro parking es externo y gratuito, y cuenta con cámaras de seguridad a la entrada, a la salida, y dos cámaras exteriores más. No entendemos bien las afirmaciones de la policía dado que en los últimos tres años solo hemos tenido problemas parecidos en una ocasión más. Posiblemente debieran hablar en general, y no del hotel en particular. Lamentamos mucho que justo haya sido su caso. Apreciamos su intención de ayudar a futuros huéspedes con sus comentarios, dado que para eso sirven las reseñas, además de para ayudarnos a nosotros para seguir mejorando nuestros servicios. Estamos trabajando continuamente para mejorar nuestros servicios y la experiencia general en nuestro hotel. En caso de que lo crea oportuno, como Director del Hotel estoy a su entera disposición.
