EL PERSONAL DE HOTEL DE RECEPCION ES LO UNICO POSITIVO DE MI ESTANCIA. HABITACIONES PARA REFORMAR Y MEJORAR EN LA LIMPIEZA EN GENERAL. MUY POCO RECOMENDABLE.

impression générale très pauvre

Je suis un client très fréquent de cet hôtel et le dernier séjour a été catastrophique. Douche sale (cheveux et moisissures) et eau froide les deux jours... On me dit que ça serait à cause de l'orage de la veille... (on est en Espagne....). Déjeuné très basique comme d'habitude mais avec un grand seau qui récupère l'eau de pluie cette fois ci et plus de couvert à cause de groupes importants de voyageurs qui prennent toute la place et font un bruit d'enfer.... Le personnel à fait ce qu'il a pu (changement de chambre) mais c'est quand même extrêmement limite... Si on rajoute à cela la présence de groupe de voyageurs le séjour fût détestable.
