El hotel esta mal entretenido se esta degradando a marchas forzadas lo he usado algunas veces pero esta vez desde una persona de recepción que me cogió de alto hasta la habitación no han dado la talla. Agua en la ducha irregular frio caliente todo el rato regulando el wc goteaba siempre con la molestia del ruido. el desayuno muy muy flojo el jamón crudo de mala calidad la repostería mal horneada etc etc.... mucha dejadez y poco control. lo uso muchísimo desde hace muchos años el recepcionista no quería aceptarme los bonos tuve que sacar las condiciones generales luego no me admitía dos días se lo tuve que explicar o mala fe o mala formación. le pedí hablar con su responsable se hizo el sueco. Moraleja seguiré hospedándome en Francia así como en España y los demás países no tengan dudas ya que en en general os doy un 8,5 de media, pero esta vez fue muy lamentable. Saludo cordiales

I would stay here again!
The staff including the lovely lady who cleaned the lobby were friendly and welcoming. Excellent location right next to a shopping mall and an easy walk to the outlet mall. Plenty of dinning options at these malls. Rooms and common areas very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was a nice size including a large fully enclosed shower. Breakfast was so-so. The trip to the airport was an easy 18 minute taxi ride. I would stay here again.

No volveré, horrible
Desayuno horrible! Pagamos para 3 y nos fuimos sin desayunar, hasta el niño!café intragable, bollería dura y embutido reseco, nada de variedad y ni siquiera un zumo de naranja aunque fuese de bote. En la web ponía que el parking era gratis por eso elegimos entre otras cosas y al llegar nos lo cobraron. Estuve por irme. Cerca de una hora estuvimos intentando poner el aire con 3 grados que había fuera y no funcionaba ya que estaba bloqueado. Al final nos lo solucionaron pero después de a Bajar 4 veces a recepción porque ni al teléfono contestaban . Muy mala experiencia. Llevamos días viajando por toda España y sin duda este ha sido el peor hotel. Había estado en uno de la compañía en valencia y aún habíamos quedado contentos pero es que este...y encima que no fue barato
