What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?

Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00. If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive. Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment. If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 6pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.

The fare is €6 per journey and per person (including 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage), payable directly at the hotel reception desk.

Tres mauvaise organisation pour les navettes. Pas le droit, pour les personnes sans gluten, de prendre uniquement un café avec ma famille

Aucune navettes réservées par avance par mail n’ont été honorées ( pour 10 personnes, soit une navette pour 6 et une navettepour 4). Nous avons même dû prendre des taxis ( plus chers) commandés par l’hôtel qui n'avaient aucun led d'écran de taxi ( écran lumineux sur le toit). Sûrement les mêmes que les navettes mais plus chers, mais pas le choix de monter à bord
