We would like to confirm that our establishment provides our customers with a paying shuttle service between 5.15am and 10.30am and between 5pm and 11pm every 45 minutes. The shuttle picks up and drops off at a single location: Terminal 2B/2D.

The fare is €6 per journey and per person (including 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage), payable directly at the hotel reception desk.

An affordable hotel only a few miles away from Parc Astérix and the French capital.

The centre of Paris is 25 km from the hotel. Two bus lines leave directly to the airport (no. 27 and no. 93) and line no. 22 is 500 metres from the hotel. You might also make the most of your stay in our hotel by doing some shopping at the AEROVILLE shopping centre.

Hôtel très satisfaisant. Service navette d'arrivée le 23 au soir lamentable. Dommage

Personnel à l'accueil très agréable et efficace. Chambre propre et complète. Beaucoup trop de chauffage 22°. Service de navette d'arrivée très mauvais. Le chauffeur en retard. Son accompagnant refusant de nous laisser monter en prétendant ne pas desservir l'hôtel résa à l'appui. Limite en politesse. Ça ne vaut pas 6€. Dommage.

Beaucoup de difficultés à trouver votre navette à l'aéroport. Mal signalée et informations fausses !

Je pense que la taille des chambres n'est pas adaptée à des voyageurs qui prennent l'avion pour les grandes lignes et qui ont forcément des bagages....

STAY AWAY – MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD & DISHONEST MANAGEMENT

​I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel (17 Allée du Verger). The room was entirely unfit for habitation. The toilet was out of order, but far more seriously, the ventilation/heating unit was caked in thick, black, oily grime and mould. Breathing in air from such a neglected system is a genuine health risk. ​Despite their 'Money Back & Guest Guarantee', the manager (Nessrine) point-blank refused to honour it. Head Office has been equally useless. ​Notice to Management: I have formally reported this establishment to the following authorities, who have acknowledged receipt of my alerts: ​SignalConso (DGCCRF) – For misleading commercial practices. ​Roissy Town Hall (Service Hygiène) – To request a formal sanitary inspection. ​The ARS (Health Agency) – For air quality and public health violations. ​If you want to avoid an unsanitary room and a management team that ignores their own guarantees, book elsewhere. ​Stayed: February 2026

It requires that the problem be brought to our attention immediately, not after the guest has departed, so that we can correct it and ensure your comfort. As we did not receive immediate notification, we were unable to offer you a new, compliant room on site. You reported the issues encountered by email after your departure. With regard to the specific points, although we deeply regret the general condition of the room, our subsequent inspection indicates that the toilet was in fact working properly.     Our rooms are rented from 14:00 to 12:00.

    If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 14:00 on the day you arrive.

    Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.

    If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
