Très déçus de notre séjour Nous avions choisi cet hôtel uniquement parce qu’il était indiqué qu’il y avait une baignoire, et nous voulions profiter d’un moment détente avant de repartir. En arrivant, surprise : aucune baignoire dans la chambre. Mon compagnon est allé à la réception, et le réceptionniste nous a simplement dit que l’hôtel n’en possédait pas du tout, en proposant un petit-déjeuner pour compenser. C’est bien, mais clairement pas équivalent, surtout quand on paye plus cher pour un service qui n’existe même pas. Autre point très désagréable : nous avions payé un supplément pour un départ tardif à 14h, afin de pouvoir nous reposer tranquillement. Malgré cela, le ménage est venu frapper à 11h30, puis à 12h, comme si nous devions partir à midi. Aucune communication entre le personnel, aucune considération pour les clients. En résumé, entre la publicité mensongère, la mauvaise organisation et le manque de professionnalisme, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne le recommandons absolument pas.
