Business Trip
To be sincere my stay at the hotel can be characterized as very well. The personnel was friendly, the rooms cosy and clean and the breakfast offered pretty good. My main complain has to do with the professionalism of the personnel at the reception and their manager. My accommodation was arranged via e-mail correspondence and because of misinformation about the final price for my booking, when I arrived with my colleague we were charged more than agreed. Our third companion who arrived later was charged with the right price. The next day when I addressed my problem to the personnel at the reception, although at the begging they seemed helpful to assist, from their actual actions I got the feeling that they do not want to. For the next two days I was asking about my matter but the response was that their manager is sick and they are waiting for an answer. Finally after I left I received an email from the manager in which in short informed me that although the extra charge was made due to a mistake of an employee of the hotel I couldn’t be reimbursed because that should be the amount that I had to pay, although the price offered was lower. Furthermore when I asked the manager to issue me at least two invoices (one with the agreed priced and one with the rest amount up to the price paid) in order to be able to be paid for my business expenses from my organization, the manager didn’t respond to me at all. This in my eyes seems totally unprofessional and it calls into question the credibility of the hotel as a business.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation
De passage à Mons pour une formation, j’ai séjourné seule à l’hôtel B&B. Les hôteliers m’ont très bien accueilli, notamment Alessio, qui m’a donné toutes les explications claires et nécessaires pour mon séjour. L’hôtel est propre, la chambre spacieuse, bien située à proximité du centre. Je reviendrai sans hésitation et je recommande cet hôtel.

Be careful, attractive price, but may not be the quality you are looking for
Poor bed, simple breakfast. Friendly reception. Would not recommend if other choices for your stay in Mons are available.

accueil chaleureux et compétent
j'ai tout dit, l'accueil à l'hôtel fait passer les petits défauts (accès à la baignoire, petit-déjeuner un peu insuffisant quand on arrive après 9h15, plus de pain ni de brioche au sucre) Tout est propre et le personnel aux petits-soins
