How can I get information on the car park for the hotel at which I want to book?
All our hotels have parking solutions for you to park your vehicle.
However, this may vary from hotel to hotel: covered car park, basement car park, paying car park...
All the information is given on the description page for each hotel.

- From the 'Our hotels' menu, by doing a search by city then clicking on the hotel you want.

- From our search bar, you can enter the name of the hotel you want directly, as well as the dates of your stay. When you have run the search, all you have to do is click on 'More information about this hotel' to access its complete record.
Once you are on the page of the selected hotel, go to the services section.

I need to make a group booking. How do I do that?
Get in touch with our Groups service via email by writing to gruppi@hotelbb.com for all bookings involving 10 or more rooms.
Our hotels offer you many advantages, such as an all-you-can-eat breakfast, free, unlimited Wi-Fi and secure parking. Not to mention, our hotels can also save you lots of precious time, since they are always located close to main roads!
How can I get confirmation of my booking?
If you have booked online on hotel-bb.com or mobile applications, you will automatically receive a confirmation to the email address you entered at the time of booking.
If you booked by phone, in order to get a confirmation of your reservation, we invite you to call directly the hotel where you booked.

Can I receive confirmation of my booking?
If you booked online on hotelbb.com, you will automatically receive a confirmation email sent directly in the email address you used to complete your booking. If you booked by telephone, for confirmation, please contact the hotel where you booked your stay by phone.
What time is breakfast served?
A buffet breakfast is available from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. every day of the week and you can add it directly to your stay during the online booking process.
For more information regarding foreign hotels, please check the hotel amenities and services tab for specific details.
For example, in hotels in France, breakfast is available from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. during the week and from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. during the weekend.
What are the rental periods for a room? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?
Our rooms are rented from 2pm to midday.
If you opted for a booking guaranteed by bank card you can access your room at any time after 2pm on the day you arrive.
Outside of the hotel reception's opening hours, the interactive terminal at the hotel entrance will give you your room number and access code. Please remember to have your booking number and bank card ready for payment.
If you opted for a booking without bank guaranty, your room is booked up to 7pm. The room may be sold to another guest if we have not heard from you before this time.
Must I pay for a supplement for my cat or my dog?
We gladly welcome your pet.
It must be kept on its leash and can accompany you in your room for a supplement of €6 per night*.
Naturally, it will not be allowed into the breakfast room for the well-being of all the guests.

Can I pay for my stay using holiday vouchers?
Of course! You can pay for your stay using holidays vouchers or ANCV Connect in some of our hotels* when you arrive at the hotel during reception opening hours.
Important: you cannot pay using holiday vouchers when booking a promotional offer, which requires online payment.
*We invite you to contact the hotel before your arrival to check whether it accepts ANCV Connect.
Can I being my cat or dog with me when I stay at the hotel? Do I need to pay an additional fee?
Of course, we gladly accept your pets at our hotels and, in Italy, all our hotels are pet friendly.
There is a supplement of €5/night for each animal.
Even in other countries, both in France and Spain, many of our hotels are pet friendly (again, with a supplement). Look for specific details directly on the information page of your selected hotel.
In order to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, your pet will not be allowed to enter the breakfast room
When can I have my breakfast?
At B&B HOTELS in France, the self-service breakfast buffet is served from 6.30am to 10am during the week and from 7.30am to 10.30am on weekends and public holidays. Some of our hotels offer longer times – feel free to ask at reception for this information.
Do you have a loyalty programme? How can I receive discounts all year round?

What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I arrive at the hotel at any time?
Check-in time is from 2.00 p.m. for hotels in Italy.
If you have chosen to book a standard rate with a credit card as a guarantee, from 2.00 p.m. onward, you can access your room at any time of the day. Check the opening hours of the hotel reception in your selected hotel’s amenities and services tab.
In hotels with reception hours from 07.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m., you can access your room even after 11.00 p.m. thanks to the interactive terminals located at the entrance. To receive your room number and access code, remember to bring the following with you:
- your booking number
- your credit card for check-in (PIN required).
If you have chosen to book without a credit card, your room reservation will only be held until 7.00 p.m. After this time, and if we do not hear from you, the room will be put back on sale.
How can I get a copy of my invoice?
We cannot supply a copy of your invoice directly on line.
During reception opening hours, please contact the hotel at which you booked to obtain a copy of the invoice.
