The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord is located close to the Englischen Garten and just five kilometers away from the Allianz-Arena. The A9 motorway can be reached in less than 5 minutes and there is an U-Bahn station nearby with excellent links to the inner-city. The hotel’s location is ideal for all holiday-makers and travelers.

Facilities

The B&B HOTEL München City-Nord has affordable single and double rooms, as well as family rooms for up to four people. An elevator makes it easy to transport your luggage. The colorful interiors and floral wall motifs have been carefully selected by a designer. The rooms are air-conditioned with soundproofed windows. Each room also includes a TV and a desk. The bathrooms are tastefully tiled and equipped with a shower, toilet, hair-dryer and washbasin.

Good Value

We stayed for 2 nights over the Oktoberfest. Room: The room was within expectations, it was clean and spacious, there were a lot of hooks and hangers for clothes which was super helpful. The bathroom was also clean and had the necessary amenities such has hair dryer and shampoo/soap. Didn’t hear much noise from the road nor corridor during our stay so soundproofing is decent. They also had AC which we didn’t use as it was autumn. Check-in: Smooth and fast. Reception is very welcoming and efficient, they were open to some requests that we had and also helped with luggage storage. Location: There is a bus that runs to/from the subway but waiting time varies, otherwise the subway is about 10-15 minutes walk away, which requires you to pass some roads (not too accessible). Overall good value especially considering it was peak season!

Unkompliziertes aber auch sehr unpersönliches Hotel

Wir haben während des viertägigen Aufenthalts leider nicht ein einziges mal jemanden an der Rezeption angetroffen, weder morgens, nachmittags noch abends. Vor dem Hotel und in der Lobby trafen sich jeden Abend sauflustige Handwerker und Partygänger. Dies war nicht sehr schön und einladend als Familie mit Kindern. Am nächsten Morgen standen dann jeden Tag kistenweise leere Bierflaschen vor und in dem Eingangsbereich des Hotels. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn (Studentenstadt) ist sehr gut.

Hallo Marcus, erstmal danke für Deine ehrliche Rückmeldung – aber fairerweise: Wenn Du nie jemanden an der Rezeption getroffen hast, dann warst Du schlicht nicht während der Öffnungszeiten da. Unsere Zeiten sind klar: Mo–Fr 06:00–23:00 Uhr, Sa/So/Feiertage 07:00–12:00 & 17:00–22:00 Uhr. Steht auf der Webseite, an der Tür und in Deiner Buchungsbestätigung. Wer also um Mitternacht jemanden erwartet, hat das Prinzip „Budgethotel mit digitalem Check-in“ nicht ganz verstanden. 😉 Was draußen an Gästen passiert, können wir nicht komplett steuern – wir sind ein Stadthotel, kein Kloster. Und München während eines Großevents wie dem Oktoberfest ist nun mal… lebendig, dafür bist du sicher mündiger Bürger genug um das bei der Buchung zu wissen. Zum Thema Sauberkeit: Wenn etwas wirklich nicht passt, sag’s uns vor Ort. Nachträgliche Beschwerden übers Internet helfen niemandem – schon gar nicht, wenn wir das Problem längst hätten beheben können. Und weil’s wichtig ist: Unser Reinigungskonzept funktioniert auf Wunsch via QR-Code im Zimmer. Das spart Ressourcen und unterstützt soziale Projekte – also kein „Fehler“, sondern Absicht und Nachhaltigkeit. 🌿 Objektiv bewerten heißt: im Verhältnis zum Preis und Konzept bleiben. Und da sind wir in München zur Wiesn-Zeit trotz allem immer noch mit Abstand einer der günstigsten Anbieter. Bis bald – gern zu Öffnungszeiten. 😉 B&B HOTEL München City-Nord.
