Hallo, danke für Deine ausführliche Rückmeldung. Den Defekt der Heizung im ersten Zimmer nehmen wir ernst, genau deshalb wurde vor Ort auch sofort reagiert und ein Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht. Das ist der korrekte Ablauf und entspricht auch dem, was wir anbieten und leisten. Zum Thema Anruf wegen des angeblich vergessenen Gepäcks: Hier wurde intern ein Fundstück geprüft und nach bestem Wissen zugeordnet. Dass es sich letztlich um das Gepäck eines anderen Gastes handelte, ist ärgerlich, aber kein Chaos, sondern ein normaler Klärungsprozess. Dass Du dafür nicht erneut ins Hotel kommen musstest, zeigt ja auch, dass die Situation sachlich aufgelöst wurde. Zur Kritik am Personal und den Sprachkenntnissen eine klare Einordnung: Wir arbeiten mit internationalen Teams, unter anderem im Housekeeping. Das ist transparent, branchenüblich und kein Qualitätsmangel. Entscheidend ist, dass sauber gearbeitet wird und Anliegen aufgenommen werden. Beides war hier gegeben. Dass eine funktionierende Heizung im Winter selbstverständlich ist, steht außer Frage. Genau deshalb reagieren wir bei gemeldeten Defekten sofort. Eine generelle Abwertung des gesamten Aufenthalts passt allerdings nicht zu den vielen positiv bewerteten Punkten, die Du selbst genannt hast, inklusive Frühstück, Sauberkeit und Zimmerqualität. B&B steht für ein klar definiertes Angebot mit gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, keine Luxusversprechen und keine Individualhotellerie. Wer das weiß und nutzt, bekommt genau das, was wir auch kommunizieren. Bis bald, B&B HOTEL München City-Nord.
