El hotel es normal y se descansa bien. Fui con un compañero de trabajo al que le desaparecieron unos auriculares y un cargador de móvil. Se los dejó al hacer el checkout y 30 minutos después pedimos poder acceder a la habitación y ya no estaban. Nadie parece haber entrado a la habitación... Un misterio. Mala experiencia la verdad. Esperábamos que el personal de limpieza hubiera dejado los objetos en recepción y al día siguiente nos dicen que no aparece nada. Muy extraño todo.

Coincido en que se trató de un caso inusual; no obstante, desde el hotel pusimos todos los medios necesarios para recuperar el objeto perdido con éxito. Aprovecho para informarte que contamos con una política de objetos perdidos muy estricta. Custodiamos diariamente las pertenencias olvidadas durante el tiempo estipulado y, en muchos casos, contactamos proactivamente al cliente si disponemos de sus datos. Si un objeto se olvida en el hotel, siempre lo localizamos, incluyendo artículos de valor o artículos habituales como cargadores de móviles y ordenadores. Lamentamos que tu valoración se haya centrado exclusivamente en este incidente y hemos observado que has publicado el mismo comentario en diversas plataformas. la chambre 101 a sa climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas , votre réceptionniste m a gentiment changé de chambre pour la 103, mais la climatisation a mis 24h pour avoir une temperature de 20 degrés dans la chambre heureusement que j ai eu une couverture pour dormir car 16 degrés Celcius c est trop jsute en cette saison du mois de janvier
