Solid

The hotel is good, comfortable and overall, I was satisfied. The only thing that annoyed me is the AC, it was horrendously loud, so I had to turn it off, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Sadly, it got really cold in the room then. Switching to normal radiators would be great.

Für junge Menschen, die nicht mehr Wert auf einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort legen und sich online/digital einbuchen, geeignet. Ich hätte eine offene Tür mit Rezeption und Personal vor Ort besser gefunden. Das Hotel erfüllt seine Zweck für nen Kurztrip oder eine Übernachtung wie wir es hatten. Dann hatten wir bei der Buchung des Hotels angegeben das ich gehbehindert bin und ein Zimmer mit kurzen Wegen brauche. Stand auch auf meiner Mail. War dann aber im 5ten Stock im Gang ganz hinten die drittletzte Tür untergebracht. Also das genaue Gegenteil von dem was gewünscht wurde. Für junge Leute ein passables Hotel, für uns wars für eine Nacht ok.

Unsere Rezeption hat von Montag bis Freitag von 06:00 bis 23:00 Uhr und am Wochenende von 07:00 bis 12:00 sowie von 17:00 bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten steht unser Check-in-Automat zur Verfügung. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass dein Zimmer nicht den gewünschten Kriterien entsprach. Wir versuchen immer, besondere Wünsche zu berücksichtigen, und bedauern, dass das in deinem Fall nicht gelungen ist.
