Mit 7 von 10 liegst du genau da, wo unser Haus auch positioniert ist: solides Stadthotel, funktional, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ohne Schnickschnack. Ein paar Punkte will ich trotzdem klar einordnen. Zimmer, Bad und Bett liegen bei dir im soliden Mittelfeld. Das passt zu einem B&B Hotel und entspricht exakt dem Standard, der vor der Buchung transparent kommuniziert wird. Wir sind kein Wellnesshotel und kein Familienresort, sondern ein urbanes Budgethotel für kurze Aufenthalte, Shopping, Events und eben auch Fußball. Sehr positiv ist dein Feedback zum Frühstück, zur Buchung, zum WLAN und zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Genau das sind unsere Kernstärken und da liefern wir konstant ab. Der Punkt mit dem verantwortungsvollen Handeln: Die Hinweise sind vorhanden, im Zimmer, im Bad und in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Man muss sie nicht gut finden, aber sie sind da. Das Konzept No Cleaning und Ressourcenschonung ist Teil unseres Angebots und kein Geheimnis. Unterm Strich: Nichts hat gefehlt, vieles hat gut funktioniert, manches war einfach Durchschnitt.
