Even though I had chosen a single room, they upgraded me to a double room free of charge. I was very satisfied with everything. Before going to explore a city, the first hotel I always look at for accommodation is a B&B hotel. Because it never compromises on quality. When I woke up in the morning and went to get my coffee from the complimentary coffee corner, finding a small cake and a donut in a little bag at the door was a very thoughtful gesture and made me start the day with a smile on my face. Also location is very good. As you can understand from its name, this hotel is in Plaza Mayor and everywhere is so close to this hotel. Thank you, B&B hotel !

Primera vez en la cadena y seguro que no es la última. El detalle del desayuno muy elegante y la limpieza del hotel exquisita. El trato de los trabajadores hacia los adultos de 10, hacia nuestra hija de 6 años de 12, no se puede poner ninguna pega. La ubicación del hotel para hacer cosas por el centro de Madrid es inmejorable Volveré sin duda

Ubicación inmejorable, limpieza d. habitación muy bien, cama cómoda. El detalle del Coffee Corner es genial. El personal es muy atento y simpático Hotel perfecto para conocer Madrid. Cuando vuelva no pienso buscar otro.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel ! Le personnel était très accueillant très réactif à nos besoins et c’est agréable car nous voyageons avec un enfant en bas âge L’accès à la salle commune 24h/24 avec boissons chaudes et fraîches ainsi que des fruits à disposition est très agréable (mention spéciale au petit sac de viennoiseries accroché à la porte de la chambre le matin ) Enfin, la situation géographique est parfaite pour tout visiter à pieds

Our stay was convenient thanks to the hotel’s excellent location near the metro and main attractions, and we appreciated the thoughtful breakfast service delivered outside the room early in the morning. However, the room itself was very small, the bed was cramped, and the bathroom felt cold and tight. The body shampoo ran out and was not refilled, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, the room size and amenities did not match the high price.
