Don’t stay here!
Do not stay here! From start to finish it was terrible. The hotel has zero customer service. It smells terrible. Our bed was broken. We couldn’t even get towels. The ac didn’t work. Overall terrible stay. Not worth it. The only good thing was the coffee.

Muy cómodo, buena ubicación, limpio, me encantó el detalle de dejar un break en la puerta cada mañana, muy práctico que puedas conectarte por chromecast. Es tan cómodo que me quedé dormida más de la cuenta jaja

Un hôtel propre et bien situé mais il est cependant difficilement acceptable de proposer des chambres sans fenêtres.

My only point to consider. "Street level rooms" may be a right description, but to reach the room from reception you need to go throw 3 sets of stairs up and down with your bags. If you have limited mobility this is an issue

By taxi
- Take M-30 Lateral and Calle O'Donnell towards Calle de Carlos y Guillermo Fernández Shaw.
- Take Av. del Mediterráneo, Paseo de la Reina Cristina and Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha.
By public transport
- Take Metro Line 1 to Sol
