Esperienza fantastica
Hotel dalla posizione ottimale per visitare il centro a due passi da Plaza Mayor e a 3 passi da Puerta del sol,personale gentilissimo e preparatissimo,sempre pronti ad aiutarti con qualsiasi cosa possa servire,come un indicazione,la prenotazione di un ristorante o chiamare un taxi.l’hotel molto bello e particolare super pulito e attrezzato di tutto,certo per noi italiani manca il bidet ma vista tutta l’esperienza alla fine si può fare.se tornerò a madrid di sicuro tornerò in questo hotel

Lo mejor el personal. Muy recomendable
Puntos positivos: El personal, profesionales, agradables, simpáticos y con una atención impecable. La ubicación, esta cerca de todo si quieres pasear y si no puedes coger el metro pies tienes cerca de la boca del metro. La habitación, las camas muy cómodas y muy limpia. El Coffe Corner, es de agradecer la posibilidad de poder hacerte un café un té acompañado de unas pastitas o simplemente tomarte un vaso de agua bien fresquita cuando llegas cansado de pasear por Madrid. Un detallazo al igual que por las mañanas...este no lo diré porque debéis descubrirlo. Punto negativo: Los asientos del Coffe Corner, los cambiaría o intentaría tapizados de nuevo, se ven estropeados. Sin duda lo recomiendo y se que cuando vaya a Madrid está será mi opción.

Un buen hotel, práctico y eficiente
No es un hotel de cinco estrellas. Ni muy glamuroso. Es un lugar donde alojarte de forma cómoda y sencilla, bien ubicado y que cumple a la perfección su función. Es práctico y eficiente. Si no quieres parafernalias, es ideal.

O melhor b&b que fiquei por serem extremamente atenciosos nos detalhes. Durante a madrugada deixam um saco com mimos. Na sala do café tem sempre disponível fruta, cafés e discoitos gratuitos. Cama muito confortável. Localização incrível e zona pouco barulhenta especialmente durante a noite. Recomendo a 100%.
