Estupendo hotel
El personal estupendo y la ubicación genial. La habitación un poco pequeña pero era individual así que correcta, aunque las almohadas eran muy bajitas (para mí). La ducha perdió un poco de agua (quizás por la mampara). Los detalles de poner agua y ofrecerme unas magdalenas sin gluten me parecieron estupendos. La zona del café es todo un acierto y se agradece mucho, la verdad. Pude dejar la maleta antes y después del horario sin problema. El hotel está muy bien y se descansa estupendamente aunque, por circunstancias personales, me costó un poco el tema de las escaleras para llegar al ascensor y a la zona del café. Volveré sin duda. Enhorabuena por el trabajo y esfuerzo.

Good value in Madrid at Christmas time
The hotel is very well located. There are just a couple of points that prevent a perfect rating. There is a large step to get into the hotel. None of the rooms can be reached without using stairs, it is necessary to use a flight of stairs to get to the lift. The corridors are painted black and the lights are slow to detect people and come on. There is a virtually invisible flight of stairs on the first floor that are dangerous at night because of the poor lighting. Once inside the room we were perfectly comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly.

We booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a lift, which it did. However there is a flight of stairs to climb before reaching the lift and another flight of stairs to get from the lift to our room. Also the main doorway from the street into reception has a very awkward steep step with a kind of lip sticking out which we both found quite difficult to negotiate. We are not disabled but we are quite elderly and because it was advertised as having a lift we thought the hotel would be easier to access. In every other respect the room and the service provided were fine.

Conocer el Hotel ByB fue una experiencia hermosa; la calidez de la bienvenida, las explicaciones que fomentan el cuidado del medio ambiente, las habitaciones prácticas, sencillas y muy confortables.
