Great Hotel
All round very comfortable hotel. Super Central and considerably quiet for the location. I had a double room and it was huge. Had all I needed. Super comfy bed and large bathroom. The floors had some marks on them but its concrete so I guess can't be avoided. Bathroom was good, a slight refresh on the tiles wall paint would make it perfect. Location amazing for the Metro at Sol. difficulty getting cabs outside. Pin number to gain access late at night, I was worried when I arrived as there seemed to be no night porter and two ladies helped me in at 1am. Porter did appear so no issues and got into my room ok. I used for business and would be very happy to use again.

Madrid holiday
Incredibly central location. Easy walk to every place (palace, Prada, sights etc) we planned for and some places we did not.

Séjour très agréable, comme d'habitude
Aucun problème à signaler durant les huit jours de mon séjour. Une petite difficulté, néanmoins : face à une panne de mon smartphone (déchargé), j'ai tenté d'appeler la France par téléphone depuis la réception. Avec le personnel, nous avons essayé de faire, comme il est convenu, le 00 puis le 33, puis les 9 chiffres (sans le 0) de mon ou plutôt de mes correspondants, sans aucun succès. Pouvez-vous essayer d'éclaircir ce mystère ? Merci.

- From Plaza de Cibeles, walk 12 minutes down Calle Alcalá to Calle Sevilla
- Slight right onto Calle de la Cruz/Plaza de Canalejas and turn right onto Calle de Atocha.
From Chamartín station
By taxi
- Take M-30 Lateral and Calle O'Donnell towards Calle de Carlos y Guillermo Fernández Shaw.
- Take Av. del Mediterráneo, Paseo de la Reina Cristina and Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha.
By public transport
- Take Metro Line 1 to Sol
