Very enjoyable stay ![trustyou]()
My partner and I stayed in the suite at this hotel for our trip to Madrid. The location is unbeatable since it's in the centre of the city. Our room had a terrace which was our favourite part; it had an amazing view of the city. The room itself was very spacious, however the slanted ceiling made it awkward sometimes to walk around with our heads ducked. The shower was not the best, with weak water pressure and leaking water outside, but it was ok. The staff were super nice, welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay hassle free. The free pastries and coffee corner were also great perks. All in all, we would definitely come back to stay here if we're back in Madrid.

La estancia ha sido positiva. La atención del personal del hotel ha sido muy buena en todo momento, ayudándonos con lo que precisáramos. El único tema son las escaleras para subir a tomar el ascensor y luego al piso de la habitación, había demasiadas y parecía un laberinto. Cuando reservamos por Booking, decía que nuestra habitación quedaba en PB, pero no había habitaciones en esa planta, y esto fue un poco problemático para subir y bajar con nuestra hija.

Super hotel bien situé au centre de Madrid à 2 pas de la place mayor Chambre convenable très propre literie excelante Petit bémol pas de buffet au petit déjeuner comme dans les autres B&B hôtel ou j ai séjourné mais coffee corner bien achalandé (biscuits fruits boissons chaude et jus de fruits) petite attention le matin devant sa porte vous attente avec un panier contenant viennoiserie et bouteille d'eau

By taxi
- Take M-30 Lateral and Calle O'Donnell towards Calle de Carlos y Guillermo Fernández Shaw.
- Take Av. del Mediterráneo, Paseo de la Reina Cristina and Paseo de la Infanta Isabel to Calle de Atocha.
By public transport
